How to reach us
Email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach the BuySignal team:
[CONTACT EMAIL]
Please put the topic in the subject line — Correction, Editorial, Partnership, Press, Legal or Privacy — so your message reaches the right person without a detour. Everything below explains what to include for each of those.
Postal mail can be sent to [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], [COUNTRY/STATE]. Post is checked infrequently, so please do not use it for anything time-sensitive.
Response times
- Corrections and factual errors — reviewed within [1–2] business days, because a wrong fact on a live page is the thing we most want to hear about.
- General editorial and reader questions — usually within [3] business days.
- Partnership and press enquiries — within [5] business days, where we intend to reply at all.
- Privacy and legal notices — acknowledged within [5] business days and handled within the statutory period that applies.
We are a small independent publication. Every message is read by a person, but we cannot promise a reply to everything.
Corrections and accuracy reports
This is the message we most want to receive. If a price is stale, a feature has been removed, a refund window has changed or a claim on one of our pages is simply wrong, please tell us.
To help us fix it fast, include:
- The full URL of the page (copy it from the address bar).
- The exact sentence or figure that is wrong — a copy-paste or a screenshot is ideal.
- What it should say instead, as precisely as you can.
- A source, if you have one — the merchant's own pricing page, a changelog, an official announcement, or a dated screenshot.
- Whether you are connected to the product (its maker, an affiliate, a customer). We will still act on the report; it just helps us weigh it correctly.
Verified factual errors are corrected promptly. Material corrections are noted on the page itself, along with the date. Our full approach is set out in the editorial policy.
Editorial enquiries
Suggestions for what we should cover next, questions about how we reached a conclusion, or requests to clarify something in a review are all welcome. Product makers who believe a review misrepresents their product should write in as a correction (above), with specifics — we take substantiated objections seriously and we do not remove accurate criticism.
We cannot provide one-to-one purchasing advice, and nothing we say by email is financial, legal or professional advice. See our terms of use.
Affiliate and partnership enquiries
We participate in affiliate programmes and are happy to hear from merchants and networks about programme details, tracking issues, updated creative assets or changed commercial terms.
To be completely clear about what is not available:
- We do not sell coverage. You cannot pay to be reviewed, or to be reviewed sooner.
- We do not sell placement. There are no paid list positions, no "sponsored" slots in rankings and no paid featuring on the home page.
- We do not sell scores, verdicts or the removal of criticism. These are not for sale at any price.
- We do not sell links. No paid links, no paid link insertions into existing articles, and no link exchanges.
A commission relationship never buys editorial outcome. The mechanics of how those relationships work, and every network we participate in, are documented on our affiliate disclosure page.
Press and media
For interview requests, comment on the digital-product market, or permission to quote our research, email us with Press in the subject line and include your outlet, your deadline and what you need. Short quotations with a link back to the source page are generally fine without asking — see the attribution allowance in our terms of use.
Legal, copyright and DMCA notices
Send legal notices to [CONTACT EMAIL] with Legal in the subject line, and copy them to [BUSINESS ADDRESS] if formal service is required.
A copyright notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact URL on this site where the material appears.
- Your contact details — name, address, telephone and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We investigate complete notices promptly and remove or amend material where a claim is well founded. Incomplete notices slow everything down.
Privacy requests
To ask what personal data we hold about you, to request deletion, to object to processing, or to ask for a copy of your data, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with Privacy in the subject line and describe your request.
Because we do not run reader accounts, we usually hold very little that can be tied to an individual — the full picture is in our privacy policy. We may need to ask a question or two to locate the relevant records, and we will not use anything you send for a privacy request for any other purpose.
What we will not reply to
To keep the inbox usable, these go unanswered:
- Link-insertion requests — "please add a link to our page in your article about X", paid or otherwise.
- Guest-post pitches offered in exchange for a backlink, and the follow-ups to them.
- Unsolicited AI-generated articles or offers to supply content in bulk.
- Offers to buy the domain, the site or advertising space on it.
- SEO, marketing and lead-generation solicitations, including "I noticed a broken link on your site" openers.
- Requests to remove accurate criticism that are not accompanied by evidence the criticism is wrong.
Nothing personal — there is simply a great deal of it, and answering would leave less time for the reviews.
